The unit is fully furnished (TV, microwave, pots and pans, oven, washing machine, bed, Big desk, Big mirror, lamp, chair, built in wardrobe ETC will be provided)with separate bathroom. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The rent at $150 per week includes everything (electricity, water, fast internet) all you need is almost provided. Just need to bring yourself and luggage. Two weeks of advance rent is required.
