RESTORED UPRIGHT GERMAN PIANO (KNAUSS) + DELIVERY + TUNING
This Knauss upright piano has been restored by a professional French piano tuner, trained at the European School of Musical Professions (ITEMM, Le Mans, France).
The whole action has been fixed: hammers sanded and realigned on the strings, key dip and caught, voicing, dampers ... and the piano now works and sounds (almost..!) as new.
Everything has been deeply cleaned: keyboard, wood, inside.
It has been tuned several times, and is now steady at 442Hz, the official pitch.
It has a few scratches and a default on the below board, which isn't that visible considering its location.
Apart from that, it has quite a style: this is a high and deep upright piano (<130cm height, which allows the sound to cast beautifully) with dark walnut aspect and mouldings on the front board, so it's also a stylish piece of furniture.
It also has casters.
This good second-hand piano responded very well to care and manipulations.
The price includes the tuning that is usually necessary after moving a piano, and the professional delivery depending on your location.
